At TDONAIRE SHOP, we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and that you're happy with your purchase. However, if there is any issue, you can contact us directly, and we will review your case personally.
How to request a return
We currently manage all returns manually.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions individually.
Return shipping
TDONAIRE SHOP does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid issues, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a solution such as a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
